Sea Kayaking Adventure Expedition
Canadian Parents for French – Nova Scotia first offered a Sea-Kayaking Expedition on Iles-de-la-Madeleine in 1998. The campers go on a five-day wilderness adventure accompanied by the professional staff of Centre Nautique de l’Istorlet. French Immersion students only between the ages of 16 – 18 years discover birds, whales and seal colonies while exploring caves, cliffs and tunnels by day, camping on the sand dunes at night.
A Canadian Parents for French chaperone will meet campers at the ferry terminal in Souris, PEI. The chaperone will accompany campers and stay at the Centre nautique de l’Isorlet for the full week. Cost of ferry is included in the camp fee. Staffing and programming are provided by le Centre Nautique de l’Istorlet.
Sea-Kayaking Expedition is a French voyage begging to be conquered!
