NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – October 1, 2022
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia is called for the 1st day of October, 2022, at the hour of 1:00 pm (ADT) for the following purposes:
- To receive the financial statements and Annual Report of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.
- To elect Directors of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia.
- To appoint the Auditors of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia for the ensuing year.
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
The Annual General Meeting of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia will be held at the Oak Island Conference Resort and Conference Centre, 36 Treasure Dr, Western Shore, NS B0J 3M0 and is open to the public. Canadian Parents for French members and the general public may attend virtually. Only members of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia in good standing may vote.
