Todd and Ronda are typical parents.  They are always struggling to keep up with their jobs, two children in elementary school, extracurricular activities, homework and housework.

Todd and Ronda had enrolled their children in French immersion because they recognized the benefits of learning French. Since only Ronda spoke French, homework duties always fell on her.

The couple had to figure out a solution to share their parenting responsibilities. When they asked the French teacher for advice, she suggested Todd take French classes with Canadian Parents for French. Todd and Ronda decided to join CPF and Todd signed up for a CPF Nova Scotia’s virtual French course.

Although he was at a beginner level, he now felt more confident to help his children with their homework. The CPF Nova Scotia virtual French courses taught Todd the basics of French, but ultimately gave him the confidence to continue his French language learning journey.
